Terms and Conditions

UnDolarApp is a digital social experiment whose purpose is to analyze human behavior in the face of curiosity.

The service consists exclusively of allowing the user, through a payment of $1 USD, to know how many people have made the same payment previously.

No other product, additional service, or benefit is offered.

By making a payment, the user acknowledges and accepts that:

• They are voluntarily participating in a social experiment

• They understand exactly what they are paying for

• There is no expectation of additional benefit beyond the information provided

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure external platform.

The user accepts that:

• The payment is one-time per access

• Each payment grants access to the current counter value at that moment

• There is no subscription or recurring charges

All payments are final and non-refundable.

An exception may only be considered in the following case:

• If the user made the payment but was unable to view the counter value

In such case, the user may contact the Controller and:

• Will receive the corresponding value via email, or

• A possible compensation will be evaluated

The user accepts that:

• The displayed value is informational and may depend on automated systems

• The service is provided "as-is"

• UnDolarApp does not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors

In no case shall the Controller be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Data loss or service interruptions

• Decisions made by the user based on the information displayed

All elements of the site (design, brand, content) are the property of UnDolarApp and may not be used without authorization.

The user agrees to:

• Not attempt to manipulate the counter or system

• Not engage in fraudulent activities

• Not interfere with the operation of the site

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice available on this site.

The Controller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will take effect upon being published on the site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico.
